By accessing or using the products and services offered at www.lovelanguagegifting.in (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) by Love Language Gifting (hereinafter referred to as “Love Language Gifting”), the users of the Website (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”) agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”). If You visit, shop, or browse at the Website, You accept these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy (please refer to our Privacy Policy), please do not use our Website.

All agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

4. Terms and Conditions are Binding on All Purchases

All orders placed on the Website constitute offers to purchase products or services. Acceptance is confirmed when Love Language Gifting sends a confirmation email or message.
Love Language Gifting reserves the right to:
- Limit or discontinue products or services without prior notice.
- Impose conditions on promotional offers or codes.
- Decline any order or transaction.
- Refuse to provide products or services under certain circumstances.
By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes, shipping, and handling fees, at the rates displayed during checkout.

5. Product Information and Inventory

While Love Language Gifting strives to ensure accurate product descriptions and availability, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors without liability. Additionally, we may limit quantities, revise, or terminate promotions at our discretion. Availability of products is not guaranteed.

6. Payment

All payments must be completed before shipment. Love Language Gifting accepts payments via net banking, credit card, debit card, UPI, and other online payment methods. Cash on delivery (COD) is available with an additional charge of INR 40 or 2% of the order value, whichever is higher.

7. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3-5 Business Days. For the purpose of these Terms, “Business Days” exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in India.
Expedited order processing is available upon request, subject to additional charges.

8. Shipping and Handling

Love Language Gifting provides standard and express shipping across India. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Love Language Gifting is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.
Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 Business Days after processing, and tracking details will be shared via email.

9. Returns and Replacements

Products can be replaced within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Damage during shipment.
- Incorrect or incomplete products.
- Packaging defects.
- Notification must be sent to Love Language Gifting within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos.
- Products must be returned in original packaging.
Shipping charges for eligible returns will be borne by Love Language Gifting.
Replacement is subject to product availability. Customized products, perishable items, and complimentary gifts are not eligible for return.

10. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Eligible returns are processed for replacement only.

11. Order Changes and Cancellation

Modifications to orders, including changes to quantity or specifications, must be requested before shipment.
Love Language Gifting reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not approved or for other valid reasons.
Cancellation is not applicable for promotional offers, memberships, or contests.

12. Gift Card Features

Love Language Gifting Gift Cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Customers can select denominations ranging from INR 500 to INR 25,000.
Gift Cards are redeemable on all products at www.lovelanguagegifting.in, excluding other Gift Cards.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
